INSTRUMENT OF CONVENTION / ACCREDITATION / AFFILIATION ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMERCIAL AND / OR SERVICE PROVIDER NETWORK AND CONSUMPTION, BENEFITS, ADVANTAGES AND DISCOUNTS TALCLUB administered by NETWORK CARD SYSTEMS CORP (NESYSCO CARD)

The parties duly qualified in the preamble to this instrument / Term of Agreement, consisting of the register of ESTABLISHMENT www.talclub.com accomplished on our website, on one hand the Network Card Systems Corp., provided ADMINISTRATOR and the other side, or Commercial Establishment Services, called ESTABLISHMENT, which have mutually agreed upon fair and the celebration of this Instrument of Agreement for Administration of a unique system in the mode of Loyalty Club Benefits, Discounts and Benefits called TAL CLUB, which is governed by the terms and conditions following:

1 - Object and Main Operating Characteristics

3 - Rights, Duties and Obligations General and specific

4 - Term and Termination

5 - Declaration

THE ESTABLISHMENT acknowledges the terms and conditions contained in this term of agreement, agreeing entirely with its contents. 6 - The validity of this Contract
